The Innovation Network organized the multiplier event „BLOOMING ENTERPRENEURSHIP“ at Vilnius municipality on 30 July, 2024. The event was aimed at young people who want to learn everything about business - where to start, how to create it and how to develop it successfully, and attracted many curious and ambitious young people. The event also invited youth workers and other stakeholders.

The results of the project „Boosting Entrepreneurship of Youth“, Nr. 2022-1-LT02-KA220-YOU-000088549 were presented during the event. Participants heard inspiring stories from successful entrepreneurs and experts who shared their experiences on how to turn their passion into a thriving business. During the event, Innovation Network team presented the interactive business creation platform "ENT_YOUTH" (https://ent-youth.eu/) developed within the Erasmus+ project 2022-1-LT02-KA220-YOU-000088549. The platform helped young people to structure their ideas, create business plans and track their progress. Throughout the event, participants actively used the platform, gaining practical knowledge and motivation to start their own business.

During the presentation on „How to turn your passion into a thriving business?“ participants heard valuable tips and insights on building a business. Interactive workshop „Where do you start to build your business?“ gave participants the opportunity to practice the process of developing business ideas. The success stories of young entrepreneurs inspired everyone and the discussion „Who else but me?“ encouraged participants to take the initiative and not be afraid of challenges.

The discussion „Networking - a powerful business tool“ gave participants an insight into the importance of networking for business development, and the practical part of the event gave them the opportunity to put this knowledge to the test. The event concluded with a reflection and informal discussions, where participants were able to reflect on the knowledge they had gained and share their thoughts with others.

Participants were very positive about the event and its benefits. They particularly highlighted the convenience and practicality of the interactive platform, as well as the inspiring presentations and the opportunity to interact directly with successful entrepreneurs.
